Shipments and returns
Delivery Services UK:
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and in most cases orders received by 2.00pm will go the same day.
If we cannot despatch your order within 24 hours we will contact you by email.
All items are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48, this service provides a 2-3 day delivery with 95% success rate within 2 days, for a small upcharge you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 with a 95% success rate for next day delivery. Both options are available in the checkout.
Next Day premium postage options in the UK are next WORKING day services, e.g. if you order on Friday on a next day service you will receive your delivery on Monday the following week. Royal Mail Special Delivery services DO NOT deliver on Saturdays.
Returns Policy
Unwated or exchange items:
Items which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund if they are returned to us within 30 days from receipt date.
In order to avoid disappointment due to fast moving stock levels we no longer offer exchanges on orders.
If you require an alternative item in a different size / colour etc simply reorder the item, you require and the return the unused item for a refund.
Goods must be returned unused and in as-sold condition in original packaging.
Items need to be wrapped or boxed up. Please do not directly stick labels or write on the item or the item's original packaging.
Goods returned after 30 days may be accepted but a credit note voucher will be given in lieu of a direct refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a covering letter explaining your returned item(s). For your protection, please keep your proof of posting.
Please note : We recommend customers DO NOT use Evri as a return courier, many customer returns have been lost by Evri.
